That has brought disturbing issues which include compliance, data security, and employee satisfaction which you have noted. The advantages of automated payroll are very clear, they are efficient and accurate. But there is a problem that I also know, when it comes to implementation there are some critical issues – the cost of acquiring has high initial costs, plus the fact that there are always local compliance issues that can be an hurdle such as the EPF and ETF in Sri Lanka. I also like the way that you discussed how advices employees to resist change new tech because change management is a topic that is rarely touched on when talking about automation.
