ReplyDeleteEngaging employees remotely is a complex process which is described in detail along with the list of potential issues and suggested strategies in this blog post. The focus on establishing relationships with people, having a personal human interaction management strategy, and building and maintaining team cohesiveness is right on the money, because that distant feeling is very much a reality at times. I also like those simple tips such as having a meeting schedule that changes with the time of the day to allow people in different parts of the world to join and the practice of having informal break out rooms for people to be able to catch up and chat during meetings.
